Security Notice: Impersonation and Unofficial Communication Channels

Royal Treasure Securities LLC (“RTS”) has recently identified instances of individuals or groups pretending to represent our firm on various online messaging platforms, including WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Discord, and similar applications.

Please be aware that RTS has no official or authorized presence on any social messaging platform, nor do we communicate with clients or investors through informal chat groups or community channels.

Official Communication Policy

RTS conducts business only through secure and approved channels, including:

  • Telephone or video conference arranged directly with an RTS representative, and
  • Emails sent from our verified corporate domain:

We are not associated with any individuals or organizations who claim to represent RTS through personal email accounts, group chats, or other unofficial methods.

All registered representatives of RTS can be verified through FINRA’s BrokerCheck database. https://brokercheck.finra.org/

How to Stay Protected

  • Verify credentials: Before sharing personal or financial details, confirm that the person you are speaking with is listed on FINRA BrokerCheck.
  • Check email domains: RTS will only send messages from @royaltsec.com. Messages from similar-looking domains or personal addresses should be treated as suspicious.
  • Protect sensitive data: Never send money or share private information (e.g., bank details, identification documents, login credentials, or security codes) through chat apps or social media platforms.
  • When uncertain, verify: Contact us directly at (646) 866-6858 or email client.service@royaltsec.com to confirm the authenticity of any communication or instruction.

If You Suspect Fraudulent Activity

If you believe someone has falsely claimed to represent RTS:

  1. Stop all communication with the individual or group immediately.
  2. Record evidence by taking screenshots of any messages, usernames, phone numbers, or group names.
  3. Report the incident to us by calling (646) 866-6858 or emailing client.service@royaltsec.com.
  4. You may also report suspicious activity directly to FINRA or the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Email Security and Cyber Awareness

To protect your personal and financial information, please note that Royal Treasure Securities LLC only uses official firm email addresses ending in @royaltsec.com.

If you receive emails, links, or attachments from an unrecognized sender or a domain that appears similar but not identical, do not open or respond—they may be part of a phishing or impersonation attempt.
