Royal Treasure Securities is delighted to welcome Jennifer Wu to our management team. Ms. Wu will play a pivotal role in expanding our company’s presence across Asia.
Ms. Wu has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance focusing on IPO projects and financial advisory services with proven track records in deal origination and execution. She also possesses a strong ability to develop strategic plans and provide innovative solutions to resolve clients’ business and financial issues.
Prior to joining Royal Treasure Securities, Ms. Wu was involved in many pre-IPO and IPO fund-raising, merger and acquisitions and reverse takeovers projects during the past 10 years. She had successfully completed more than 20 IPOs listed both on the Main Board and the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and numerous capital market transactions. She was the Managing Director and signing Principal of a sizable financial institution (which is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) for many years; where she supervised a team of 15 corporate finance professionals to execute IPO projects. Ms. Wu also has a strong network of clienteles in Asia which enable her to develop new businesses for the firm going forward.
Ms. Wu graduated from California State University of Los Angeles with a bachelor degree of Science, Business Administration and Accounting. She worked in one of the Big Four CPA firms for more than six years before she moved to and established her lifetime career in the capital market of the financial industry.
